What can I expect from 1-2-1 Coaching?

These are not “show up and sweat” sessions.

At The Movement, each 1-2-1 is an educational and training experience

From variables like range of motion and tempo, to training energy systems, to working on mobility and stability — you’ll always know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how it connects to your long-term goals.

This way, you don’t just train harder — you learn how to train smarter, for life.

We assess your movement patterns, strengths, and weaknesses

We prescribe exercises that are specific to your unique goals

We explain the why behind everything, so you’re always learning as well as progressing

We adapt every session to how you’re moving and feeling that day — structured, but organic

Personal 1-2-1 Sessions

Completely tailored to where ever you are, a unique, motivational and fully coach led session, where you will build your confidence and leave feeling accomplished and on the right track.

Your Assessment

We begin knowing all there is to know about you to make it as personal as possible. Including Q&A assessments, biomechanical assessment as well as mobility and strength imbalance assessment. Of course, a focus on any pain points or injuries you may have.

Free Resources

Find your sessions on the app, track your nutrition (if you want), complete your weekly check-in to stay accountable and focused. You can chat with your coach, find your habit builders, as well as being able to dip into a simple home workout, or even an active break for a 3 min reset at work.

Your Programme

If you purchase one, will give you exactly what you need to work on during the week, outside of your sessions, so you know you are always winning. Its updated each week if necessary, so you can be confident in your progress.

Learning & Feedback

You're not getting a 'session', you're getting an education experience learning how to move better, engage the body more, and learning fundamentals and principles of training. We'll also send you videos of you moving so you always have something to refer back to.

We take your Health & Fitness seriously. Its not just a 'dip in, dip out' set up, its a lifestyle, we are here to keep you focused, and touch base with you regularly so you always feel supported and focused. We're here to help you live better, not just lift better.

Its not just about your session in the gym, its as much about how you're fuelling your body outside of the gym. We make a complex topic simple and break it down into easy steps which are relevant to you.
