Exercise Prescription

We prescribe exercises that are specific to your unique goals. Not only that, but introduce you to training types and fundamentals so you can learn exactly what is good for your needs

Your Assessment (Optional, In Person)

We begin knowing all there is to know about you to make it as personal as possible. Including Q&A assessments, biomechanical assessment as well as mobility and strength imbalance assessment. Of course, a focus on any pain points or injuries you may have.

Free Resources

Find your sessions on the app, track your nutrition (if you want), complete your weekly check-in to stay accountable and focused. You can chat with your coach, find your habit builders, as well as being able to dip into a simple home workout, or even an active break for a 3 min reset at work.

Your Programme

Will give you exactly what you need to work on during the week,, so you know you are always winning. Its updated each week if necessary, so you can be confident in your progress.

Video Analysis

Where required, videos can be sent to your coach of exercises and lifts being performed where they can be assessed for technique, and advice and support given so you always know you're moving well.

Weekly Check In

A weekly update with everything life and training, planning for the next week, answering questions to keep you accountable and asking any questions you might have. Of course, your programme will be adjusted if needed, based on the feedback you can leave on each exercise and workout, every time.

Nutrition Support

Its not just about your session in the gym, its as much about how you're fuelling your body outside of the gym. We make a complex topic simple and break it down into easy steps which are relevant to you.
