But my true passion?
It’s not about six-packs or shredding body fat.
It’s about people. It’s about showing someone what they’re truly capable of — helping them realise they can live pain-free, move with ease, and feel proud of what their body can do.
My journey into health and fitness started young. I used to cycle 30km every morning delivering newspapers, which sparked a lifelong love for movement.
I dabbled in badminton at school, but it was when I found the barbell — and the world of Olympic Weightlifting — that everything clicked. I now compete in Olympic lifting and continue to explore my own growth and strength, both inside and out.
