For those who just need some guidence or assistance, or wish to have an assessment on their mobility or advice on how to move forward.

For those competent in the gym who need some support pursuing their specific goals. Can be used as an intensive 1 or 2 week block, where we can work together to establish your specific training principles, or simply working on your confidence in the gym.

Eight sessions is going to give you a good chance of estabilshing new habits with the support of your trainer. These can be used as 2 or 3 times a week, or spread it out with 1 session a week, and we work together for 8 weeks, but requires focus and attendance in the gym away from your purchased sessions.
You will build your vocabulary of exercises and movements and begin to understand the principles of training and be set to achieve your goals in the longer term.

You can use these as frequently as you like, as long as they're all used in 12 weeks.
